Bronze, 4./3. Jhdt.v.Chr.
Kopf der Nymphe Histiaia mit eingerolltem Haar, einem Kranz aus Weinlaub und Trauben, einteiligem Ohranhänger und Halskette rechts.
Rs: IΣ - TI. Vorderteil eines nach rechts schreitenden Rindes; im Feld darüber Kantharos.
BMC 19 var. 2,19 g. St. 5.

This coin is probably overstruck on a bronze of Aegina (see BMC Attica, pl. XXV, 11-14). Traces of the incuse square can be seen on the obverse behind the nymph's head.
