The Félix Vallotton Foundation

The "Catalogue raisonné" of the painted work

The Félix Vallotton Foundation was formally established on 9th November 1998 in Lausanne, Switzerland.

It has the following objectives:

a) the research, preservation, management and development of archives relating to the life and work of Félix Vallotton;

b) the development and diffusion of knowledge about the life and work of Félix Vallotton;

c) the preparation and publication of the Catalogue raisonné of Félix Vallotton's painted work, as well as of possible supplements and new editions.

The Foundation is directed by a Council of eight members. The Chairman of the Council is Hubert Barde, president of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Canton of Vaud.

The Foundation needs external financial support. It can accept or request contributions, gifts and legacies from all those who wish to be associated with its goals or who wish to encourage and sustain them.
