The Computational Phylogeny Group

Our group is interested in a variety of topics related to the diversification of species and their adaptation, the modeling of morphological and molecular data and the optimisation of algorithms to compute phylogenetic methods. We take different view points to study these topics by developing and using methods to investigate the evolution of genomic regions, the phenotype and the ecological niche of diverse organisms.
