Computational Phylogenetics

Anna Kostikova

Anna is working on a joint project with Peter Pearman from the WSL. The aims are to understand the evolution of the ecological niche of invasive species. It uses phylogenetic tools with niche modeling to infer invasiveness in the Polygonaceae plant family.
