I joined the Computational Biology Group (Department of Medical Genetics) at the end of 2005 to prepare my PhD. I studied 2 years of Biology at the University of Paris XI (Orsay). Then I studied for 3 additional years at the same university where I got my Master in Bioinformatics and Biostatistics.

I completed my PhD at the Computational Biology Group (CBG) in October 2010. This work represents mainly a pharmacogenetics study of the Swiss HIV cohort data. Click here to access to my thesis.

Then I did a postdoc in the CBG, which is also affiliated to the Swiss Institute of Bioinformatics (SIB), working on statistical analysis and Genome-wide Association Studies (GWAS) on human phenotypic traits. I was also involved in projects in collaboration with wet-lab scientists in order to help them in making sense out of their experimental data.

Since 2013, I am now working at SIB, partly in Vital-IT group and in the Training and Outreach group, where I am involved in scientific collaborations, teaching and coordination of training and outreach activities at SIB.
