Drachme, ca. 290-273/271 v.Chr.
Kopf der Nymphe Chalkis mit eingerolltem Haar, einteiligem Ohranhänger und Halskette rechts.
Rs: X - [AΛ]. Adler mit ausgebreiteten Schwingen rechts, im Schnabel und mit beiden Fängen eine Schlange haltend, die sich um den Körper des Raubvogels windet.
Picard Emission 28 (Vs. 2/Rs. b) und Taf. XII, 28 2b (dieses Exemplar). 3,71 g. St.12.
Äußerst selten.

This was the only coin known to Picard with the second type of letter arrangement on the reverse.
