Tetrobol, zweite Hälfte 4. Jhdt.v.Chr.
Kopf der Nymphe Histiaia mit Sakkos, einem Kranz aus Weinlaub und Trauben, einteiligem Ohranhänger und Halskette rechts.
Rs: IΣ - TI - AIEΩN. Die Nymphe Histiaia in langem Gewand auf Schiffsheck nach rechts sitzend, die Linke zur Stylis ausstreckend und die Rechte auf den Rand des Rumpfes stützend, der mit einem Flügel verziert ist; im Feld links außen Traube mit Ast (vertikal).

A coin of delicate style, quite different from the previous coins with the same symbol. An indication that already at this early stage of Histiaian coinage there was more than one die engraver at work.
