HISTIAIA

No.: 465
d=15 mm

Bronze, 4./3. Jhdt.v.Chr.
Rs: IΣTI.
2,29 g. St. 1.

The single bunch of grapes symbol progresses from non- adjusted dies through an issue of adjusted dies ending with several late-looking issues of non-adjusted dies. Compare to Picard's groups 1, 2 and 3 in the small Chalkis bronzes. This particular symbol was obviously used intermittently and over a long period of time.
