Watch colours and associate emotions!
Please select your native language in the top right corner

Welcome!

We are pleased that you are interested in participating in our colour survey, which we are running in many languages and countries.

Colours seem to be associated with emotions, but which emotions, and do people agree? By offering about 30 minutes of your time, you will help us to answer these questions.

By doing this survey, you agree that we can use your anonymous responses for our research. We will only analyse and present group data, no individual can be identified. You can stop the survey at any time.

Just click “Let’s go” to start the survey.
We adapted the current instrument from the Geneva Emotion Wheel (GEW). See Scherer, 2005; Scherer, Fontaine, Sacharin, & Soriano, 2013, and one of our previous studies (Jonauskaite et al., 2020).
The research project is coordinated by Christine Mohr, Domicele Jonauskaite, and Déborah Epicoco from the colour psychology group at the University of Lausanne (see www.colourexperience.ch for more information).
