Anna Marcionetti

Postdoc

Anna did her PhD student working on the genomics of clownfish adaptation. She assembled the first clownfish genome (Marcionetti et al. 2018) and her project aims at understanding the mechanisms leading to the adaptation and divergence of the clownfishes.

After a postdoc at the Botanical Garden in Geneva working on the genomics of Gesneriaceae, she started a postdoc in the group to continue the development of genomic resources in clownfishes to test hypotheses about the genetic mechanisms underlying the radiation of this group.
