SIB course on “Statistical genomics and statistical genetics”

I gave a one-day module "System analysis: data integration and network analysis” starting with a lecture on “Integration of metabolomic phenotypes into GWAS”, followed by a discussion on papers on “Genes and Networks” (from SNPs to genes: “A Versatile Gene-Based Test for Genome-wide Association Studies” and from genes to pathways: “Analysing biological pathways in genome-wide association studies”). see [1] for details on the course.
