Hi, I am a student at the University of Lausanne and I am following the second year of the bachelor in biology. I chose to frequent the course "Solving Biological Problems that require Math" because I think that some mathematics are important to uderstand the world who surroud us. In this context I'm working with Linda and Vincent on a project titled "Evolution: Estimating rate of speciation and extinction in a tropical plant", where we were able to integrate biological aspects into mathematical and computing tools.
