Interdisciplinary applications of Machine Learning to complex data, specifically: Cognitive Computing (IBM Watson, 2016), Predictive Analysis (supervised algorithms for diagnosis of heat attach, 2015), Developmental Genetics (tissue-specific 'Transcription Factor motifs in C. elegans, 2012), Proteomics (Support Vector Machines on mass-spec data, 2011), Computational Linguistics (summarization of human language, 2009)
