Speciation and extinction rate estimation using phylogenetic trees

Description: The aim of this project is to estimate speciation and extinction rates using a maximum likelihood method on a birth and death model. In particular, the students will investigate whether a binary parameter like the type of pollinisator can influence the speciation and extinction rate.
