Mattia Tomasoni is a PhD student in the Computational Biology Group in the Department of Computational Biology (formerly Department of Medical Genetics at the University of Lausanne.
Research Interests
Interdisciplinary applications of Machine Learning to complex data, specifically: Cognitive Computing (IBM Watson, 2016), Predictive Analysis (supervised algorithms for diagnosis of heat attach, 2015), Developmental Genetics (tissue-specific 'Transcription Factor motifs in C. elegans, 2012), Proteomics (Support Vector Machines on mass-spec data, 2011), Computational Linguistics (summarization of human language, 2009)
